I am the managing director and principal consultant of Worksmart Inc, a company I founded in 2000. I specialize in assisting organizations to attract and retain talented employees. I really enjoy supporting my clients in designing and implementing coaching and mentoring programs to develop their leadership teams. My specialty is in assisting my clients in the development and implementation of effective workforce strategies.
I have senior management and executive experience in both the public and private sector. I earned an MBA from Royal Roads University. In 2005, I was fortunate to be recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 in Calgary by Calgary Inc. magazine.
